The substantive chapters cover a full range of issues, from the harmonisation of corporate law, and the common denominators in corporate law principles, to the regulation of overseas companies and foreign stakeholders and transnational cooperation. The book concludes with a consideration of the wider issue of convergence in corporate law and examines whether total convergence is a realistic possibility.
