European Association of Private International Law Series

This series provides a space for the research outputs of the European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL). Books in the series critically analyse key issues in private international law (PIL) from a European perspective, drawing comparisons and highlighting areas for future research. In line with the aims of the Association, books within the series serve to inform debate and facilitate discourse on both long established PIL issues and emerging topics in the field. The series brings together perspectives from academia and the legal profession to give a holistic analysis of the PIL landscape.
