Elgar Studies in Contemporary Commercial Law

Series editor: Christian Twigg-Flesner, School of Law, University of Warwick, UK

The Contemporary Commercial Law series focuses on research monographs on any aspect of contemporary commercial law. For this series, “commercial law” is understood broadly, but centres around the law relating to the rights and obligations of the parties to a commercial transaction (including consumers), as well as the wider regulatory context. In addition to long-established commercial law topics such as sales, secured transactions, and commercial contracts generally, the series also has a particular thematic strand for books on the digital world and data. The series provides a forum for books offering original and high-quality research on contemporary commercial law, especially those with a comparative, regional or international perspective.
